内容摘要：In 1935 Carlitz introduced Bernoulli-Carlitz numbers as analogues of Bernoulli numbers for the rational function field $\mathbb F_r(T)$.  We introduce Cauchy-Carlitz numbers as analogues of Cauchy numbers. By using Stirling-Carlitz numbers, we give their arithmetical and combinatorial properties and relations with Bernoulli-Carlitz numbers for $\mathbb F_r(T)$. Several new identities are also obtained by using Hasse-Teichim\"uller derivatives.

报告人简介：

小松尚夫教授于1987年在日本Tokyo University of Science获得学士学位，1989年在日本Gakushuin University获得硕士学位，1995年在澳大利亚Macquarie University获得博士学位，导师是数论专家Alfred J. van der Poorten 教授，主要研究兴趣是数论和组合，迄今已经在《Acta Arith》、《J. Number Theory》、《Math. Comp.》、《Bull. Soc. Math.　France》、《Math. Proc. Cambridge Philos. Soc.》、《Ars Cominb.》、 《J. Comb. Number Theory》、《Mosc. J. Comb. NumberTheory》、《Electron. J. Combin.》、《Ramanujan J.》和《Fibonacci Quart.》等刊物发表100多篇论文和出版多部专著。他先后任教于日本 Nagaoka National College of Technology、 Mie University、Hirosaki University，“湖北省特聘专家”身份任教于武汉大学数学与统计学院。
